Please review these policies before purchasing or scheduling a training program. Payment for or commencement of services constitutes acceptance of the policies disclosed at the time of purchase.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS
All deposits and program payments are nonrefundable once paid. Programs must be completed within 30 days of the first training session unless an extension is approved in writing. Clients are responsible for booking and attending sessions.
TRAINING PROGRAMS AND PAYMENT
Big Dogs, Big Paws, Big Smiles, LLC offers 8- and 12-session training programs. A 50% deposit reserves space in a program and is applied toward the total program price. The remaining balance is due halfway through the program unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable once paid, whether or not the client has scheduled, started, used, or completed the program. All sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
A client's change of mind, scheduling difficulty, relocation, transportation problem, inability or unwillingness to travel to an available training location, failure to participate, or decision not to complete the program does not create a right to a refund.
At its discretion, the company may offer rescheduling, a credit, a program transfer, or another non-cash accommodation. An accommodation is not guaranteed, does not change the nonrefundability of the purchase, and does not require the company to provide the same accommodation in another situation.
THIRTY-DAY PROGRAM COMPLETION
Training programs are designed to be completed consistently. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all included sessions must be scheduled and used within 30 calendar days of the client's first training session.
Unused sessions will expire at the end of the applicable program period. Management may approve a written extension at its discretion. An approved extension applies only to that specific situation and does not guarantee another extension.
SCHEDULING AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for booking and attending their own appointments through www.bigdogspawsmiles.com or another scheduling method authorized by the company. Purchasing a program does not automatically place future sessions on the calendar.
Clients should provide as much notice as possible when an appointment must be changed. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to schedule the remaining sessions within the program period may result in sessions being shortened, forfeited, or expired without a refund.
TRAINING LOCATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION
Training is provided at designated parks and other locations selected by Big Dogs, Big Paws, Big Smiles, LLC. Clients are responsible for transportation to and from the scheduled location.
The current primary training location is Woodglen / Brookshire Park, 11551 Madison St, Thornton, CO 80233. Current locations and availability will be provided when scheduling.
As the company grows, training parks, service areas, trainers, and available locations may change. Purchasing a program does not guarantee that every session will be held at the same park or location.
COMPANY AND TRAINER CANCELLATIONS
A trainer may need to cancel or reschedule because of illness, an emergency, a scheduling conflict, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance outside the trainer's reasonable control.
When the company cancels a session, that session will remain available for rescheduling and will not be treated as completed. A company cancellation of an individual session does not create a right to a refund for the program.
WEATHER AND SAFETY
The safety of clients, dogs, trainers, and the public comes first. Because many sessions take place outdoors, the company may postpone, relocate, modify, or reschedule training because of excessive heat, extreme cold, lightning, severe weather, poor air quality, unsafe ground conditions, illness, aggressive behavior, equipment concerns, or any other condition that may negatively affect safety or training effectiveness.
A weather- or safety-related cancellation made by the company will not cause the client to lose that session. The affected session will remain available for rescheduling subject to any written extension provided by management.
Clients must disclose known bite history, aggression, reactivity, medical concerns, contagious illness, or other information that could affect the safety of training. Dogs must arrive under adult control and with the equipment requested for the session.
TRAINERS
Big Dogs, Big Paws, Big Smiles, LLC is a growing company that may use multiple trainers. Purchasing a program does not guarantee that every appointment will be conducted by the same trainer. Another qualified trainer may conduct or assist with a session when appropriate.
TRAINING METHODS, PARTICIPATION, AND RESULTS
Training plans and methods are selected according to the dog's needs, the client's goals, safety considerations, and trainer judgment. Clients are expected to follow handling, equipment, practice, and safety instructions provided during the program.
Dog training requires active participation and consistency from the client. Results vary based on factors including temperament, behavioral history, age, health, environment, household consistency, frequency of practice, and implementation outside scheduled sessions.
Big Dogs, Big Paws, Big Smiles, LLC does not guarantee a specific behavioral outcome, timeline, or permanent result. Continued management and practice may be necessary after the program ends.
COMMUNICATION
Scheduling, billing, payments, account questions, and other administrative matters must be directed to the company's official communication channels. Trainers' personal telephone numbers should not be used for administrative or account-related matters unless specifically authorized.

Payment of a deposit or other program charge, electronic acceptance, booking an appointment, or commencement of services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the policies provided at the time of purchase.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
