Sit teaches the dog to remain calm and stationary until released. This skill builds impulse control and focus. The dog should remain sitting until the handler releases them with a break command

Down/Stay teaches the dog to relax and remain in position until released. This command encourages calm behavior and helps the dog settle in different environments

Recall teaches the dog to return to the handler when called. Training tackles both indoor and outdoor recall, so the dog reliably comes when called, even with distance. 

Heel teaches the dog to walk calmly beside the handler. The dog learns to stay in position next to the handler and sit automatically when the handler stops 

Place teaches the dog to go to a designated bed, mat, or platform and reamin there until released.

Dogs are taught the difference between working and relaxing. In work mode the dog follows commands and maintains position. The break command releases the dog and tells them they are free to move and relax.

Dog will learn to check in with handler when environmental stimuli is around. By making eye contact with the handler frequently and showing focus.

Dog will learn calm consistent anxiety free behavior in front or around stimuli such as bikes, people, cars, other dogs and loud noises. Dog will gain confidence in situations and know whats expected of them while also knowing how to navigate any situation with increasing confidence
